(Us, We) relating to the 60 Day Challenge will market your property to the best of our ability. The 60-Day Challenge is a limited offer and will run until 1st of October 2019. The challenge includes marketing your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and our own James Douglas Website. This offer is based on a sole agency contract only with a minimum contract length of 16 weeks. Our minimum selling fee for this offer will be £2000 +VAT (£2400 inc VAT) which will reduce to £1000 +VAT (£1200 inc VAT) should we not agree an offer on your property with a proceed-able buyer, within 60 days. Should we be denied access to the property during the 60 day period on three occasions or more, then this offer will become void as it restricts us selling the property within the 60-day time frame. The 60-day challenge commences the day the property is marketed online and not from when our sole agency agreement has been signed and completed. The seller must agree for the property to go on the market at the recommended price by the agent. We have the right to refuse this offer.
