Introducing our new branch manager in Cardiff, Oliver Randall, who brings with him 4 years of experience in the property industry, previously focusing on estate agency in the Cardiff area. His reliable and trustworthy person means he is the ‘go-to’ negotiator if you are selling your home in Cardiff. Having been involved in over 600 sales, Olly’s knowledge is second to none, understanding each Cardiff suburb and their local market trends.
As James Douglas expands, there was a requirement for a manager of both sales and lettings department’s so that the high levels of customer service can be continued for our clients. As well as the expansion of James Douglas, there has been a recruitment boost to the property management and property maintenance company as well as implementing an in-house marketing department. Following this significant growth, James Douglas are now in a position to take on more vendors and more landlords than ever before, not just branch managers.
