Seraph named Property Management Gold winner at The Trusted Agent Awards 2026

We are incredibly proud to share that our parent company, Seraph Property Management has won Gold in the Property Management category at The Trusted Agent Awards 2026, held at the Kerfuffle Conference, ICC Newport, on 7 July 2026, hosted by Mock the Week’s Dara O’Briain.
Gold here reflects a full year of verified review data from landlords and tenants, gathered from sources such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo, combined with performance data including listings, sales, average time on market and withdrawal rates, measured against every property management business tracked in the programme. Seraph outscored the category on service that mostly gets noticed only when it goes wrong.
Property management is arguably the hardest part of this industry to keep clients happy in day after day, which makes topping this table a genuinely different kind of achievement to a sales-led award.
